Counterpoint registered for ISO EN 9001 in 1996.  In fact, we were one of the first small, independent qualitative research agency in the UK to achieve ISO EN 9001 certification.

In addition, we adhere to the highest standards of industry practice. The company and its staff variously hold memberships of the AQR, ESOMAR, Market Research Society of Great Britain and the QRCA in the US.
