We have a panel of 100 respondents whom we contact on a quarterly basis. Sections of the conversation can be bought in 10 minute blocks - which is ideal when a quantitative question won't solve the problem, and a full-blown qualitative project is overkill. Interviews are conducted via the telephone; they are taped, transcribed, analysed and reported back within 4 weeks of fieldwork
